I can see the field in context menu and click on + icon to add in the search bar

It’s not indexed because probably it exceed the 1000 field limit we have for the day. https://docs.logdna.com/docs/ingestion#section-service-limits. Everything over that limit won't be indexed and overall won't be searchable as field-value pair.
